At Rivertowne BBQ Restaurant, located in Ozark, Arkansas, our prep-cooks prepare most of the side dishes and bbq sauces daily from scratch using only quality ingredients. We strive to make the plates of Bar-b-que look both appetizing and appealing by making sure the portions are very generous and each plate is garnished, with the meats and side dishes attractively arranged on the plate. Our choice meats (approximately 3000 lbs. a week) are seasoned with our own dry rub and smoked on the premises daily.
WHY IS THE MEAT SO PINK?
Our meat is FULLY COOKED AND WELL DONE. the pink color you see is called a SMOKE RING. this smoke ring is an indication of true slow-cooked BBQ & is what gives our meat it’s UNIQUE FLAVOR.
